The Yuunu Sea. Kail wasn't actually sure if there was an article. He supposed it didn't make much of a difference. Some intelligence had crossed his desk with regards to the body of water. Now he was passing it along. The intelligence was not overly pertinent to himself, but it might be to someone else. It had been pertinent enough to record at the very least.

Skylar was not happy, to say the least.

Finally, after a great deal of pushing and shoving on Elizabeth's part to get Skylar to start actually doing her job for once, the white cat had to give up and accept that she couldn't avoid it any longer. Her previous schemes had been found out, and even Ákos was disappointed about being totally cut off from all the extra food he'd been getting!

Now that the Kuni was to officially remain confined to the home to start working off all that excess weight he'd accumulated, there was no one else left to handle the job except for Skylar. And in typical fashion, the cat would waltz right up to the counter with the grumpiest expression and dump the newest pile of papers in front of the person currently working. "There! Take your stupid papers..." She grumbled, before turning to leave.

She slunk into the saloon. It'd taken forever to remember where this place was and what had started her trek to the mountains, but she'd done it. If you would have just asked... The lucain's tail flicked in annoyance. She slowly approached the counter and almost whispered, "I've got some notes, and these scales here. I'm not sure what anything means... I really hope this is helpful." Remi was nervous, this wasn't in her normal behavior. She was supposed to stay home, not do anything exciting. But no, she'd awoken in the woods on the side of a mountain. She was so tired and had yet to decide if she was going to accompany Bear to the dead coast... Oh what was she going to do?

With an anguished smile and a small squeak of a "Thanks", Remi left the place. She couldn't take the feeling of not belonging any longer. She had to get out. She needed air to think.

Hyx was receiving reports from Jawan. It wasn't something he was unused to, but they were reports coming in from a crowd he had not expected. The castle had some importing and exporting interests in the city. However if the report he'd been given was accurate then new assets were being harnessed inland and along the coast instead of out at sea.

The search for Gerard had been a bust, but according to Lucky, there was apparently a place that might pay good money for the scales they'd found. So Franciscus had made his way to the Saloon, eyes darting around a bit, ears pressed against his head nervously. Still, it seemed that nothing bad was happening to any of the other hunters who'd showed up, so he quickly filled out the form, before pushing it and the scales over the counter.

"I found these while exploring the Sekudui Farmlands," he noted. "I was told that the person here could tell me a bit more about them, and perhaps offer some additional compensation as well?"

Akira and Hazel were out shopping for souvenirs. Or at least, Hazel was shopping, anyway. Akira was mostly along for the ride, and to serve as a wallet, since Hazel didn't have any cash on her.

"I've decided. I choose you!" She grabbed a figurine off the shelf. "Come on, let's go pay for it," she said, hurrying towards the counter.

"We'll take this one," Akira said, sliding a handful of coins onto the counter.

"One recon assignment and one piece of rusty old tech. Try not to spend it all in one place." Corey quipped, dropping a folder containing several pages worth of handwritten notes on the Scribe's desk. Anyone else would have given her a dirty look, perhaps a barb for her enthusiastic sarcasm but the lower rank officers seemed to appreciate her lighthearted attitude. It certainly seemed to set her apart from the other damn Knights anyway.

Back he was here again. The place had become somewhat familiar to him by now, thanks to the increased amount of individuals he had had to take under his wing. So many hunters were out there, looking for rare species, without any care or regret at the fact they were hunting living individuals.

Of course they wouldn't: they were in this only for the profits, not for anything else.

"Hello," he greeted. He was a cat of few words, but a greeting was always necessary. "I have more paperwork."

Kail received the last of the information from Jawan. It had crossed his desk sealed and labelled for the Lone Saloon. He was, apparently, happy to drop it off. He passed the information off to a messenger this time. It was nearly the middle of the night and he had no desire to pack and leave for town.

Franciscus was much less on edge when entering the saloon this time, back in human form due to, as Lucky had mentioned, the usefulness of hands for carrying things. He set the scales down on the counter, along with the form he'd filled out.

"I found some of these scales again, though in quite the different location," he noted. "It's useful to know the range of whatever this is, isn't it?"

The garudor swooped into the shop. His gears ground slightly, like they haven't been oiled or cared for in some time. "Delivery. Message, delivery!" He squawked, coughing slightly. This poor creature really hadn't been tuned up in some time. The mechanical-ish bird leaned down and untied a small pouch from it's leg and he placed it on the counter. "Message! Delivery!" He poured out the pouch's contents on the counter to reveal a handful of scribbled notes and some black scales with golden tips. Once that was done, he coughed a small blackish cloud and hopped back out the door, some of his gears grinding as he took flight. Man, that bird needed help.

He had welcomed yet another protege into his home, and one who had seemed to distrust him at first glance. But they had soon come to learn that his intentions were honest, and the two had hit it off rather well. They would be staying for a little while yet. Even though they didn't feel safe, they couldn't leave, not yet. The town was much too dangerous for them. Even now, he was concerned to leave them alone at the bar.

But his trip would be quick and simple. By now, he was used to the paperwork he needed to fill out. He just hoped it would really be enough, in the long run.
