I started my breeding room on the 30th, it hasn't been given an asterisk yet nor have the funds been taken from my account. Now that it's Febuary, when/if it gets accepted will my slots be counted for Febuary or January? I don't know if the slots count for when the thread is made or when it's put through.

It'll still count for the month it was created, even if the staff doesn't record it until the following month. =)
