So I received two PMs containing tricks and treats, problem is, one gives me 64 CP while the other gives me a lot less. Which one am I supposed to go by?

That might explain why Millie didn't get her pm. XD According to the spreadsheet, which is the official thing to go off of and anything different when sent via PM would be making a mistake, shows you have 64, so go by that one. =)
