~Postormas~

What a strange little shop. It resembles what would happen if, for some reason, assuming buildings could mate, a post office and a castle should breed. There is a view both in and out of the building through huge windows that cover most of the walls. You step inside to find that the ceiling is incredibly high. Cardboard boxes line the walls, and foxlike creatures with gigantic ears practice flight in a ceiling-anchored cage.

Behind the counter stands a gryphon-girl...thing. She smiles as you approach. "I'm Gringa, manager of the Postormas Office. Let me explain a bit about them." Gringa lines up five photographs on the counter. Each seems to illustrate a life stage of some creature.



"Postormas were originally bred to be messengers, but they also make great pets. They seem to be born inside a cardboard box, with a colored insignia showing their element. At the second stage the box disintegrates, revealing a smaller box. During that time only the ears are visible. In the third stage the Postorma emerges from the box, full-size. The fourth stage occurs when a facial marking, wings, horns, and extra forelimbs for carrying things appear. At this stage they are trained to carry messages. In the fifth stage you find out what its element is." Gringa smiles. "This one is a Sylfire, which means they can make creatures from fire."

A girl with brown and white hair walks in to the shop with a piece of paper. "Here is my order, your Postormas caught my eye because they are just the thing i am looking for!"Rogue Said."I hope this does not take you time up." rogue continued.

Gringa rummages around in the back room for a moment and returns, setting a large cardboard box with a black insignia on the counter. "Here you are," she says. "It should grow every two days or so, though some take longer than others."
