"Damn it all..." Tsukiko muttered.  She had left her apartment, much to the dismay of both Yoruichi and Ulquiorra, to go and take a walk.  She'd been headed for the outskirts of town, where there was a lot more nature, but had gotten seriously side-tracked while avoiding the various gangs.  She found herself in one of the cleaner local parks, and had been exiting when an odd girl with pointed ears knocked her over.  She got up indignantly, but by the time she had regained her composure, the girl was long gone.  All that remained was a slip of paper, with a name and some sort of directions on it.  "How odd..." she muttered.  She looked up ahead from where that girl had come from, and spotted a stand and tent.  Tsukiko ran up, intending to return the slip, but had been so confused by what that weird man had been saying that she found herself being led into the tent.  Within it were various shimmering fields of energy, which reminded her of the senkaimon, and she looked down at the paper, then at the man, then at the portal he was pointing to.  Shrugging, she just entered the portal, thinking he had given her a shortcut.  When she stepped through though, she found herself above a body of water, and suddenly dropped in.  She started to sputter angrily, wondering what had been done to her just now.  Thinking back, that man had mentioned something about hunting eggs, which was about all she had managed to catch.  And that would mean...  She was supposed to act like some silly human child and search for eggs?  "Hmph."


(Sorry if this is super confusing, she has no idea what is going on, other than she has to now hunt for eggs.  So Naomi could bump into her and they team up from there if you'd like to.  ^^  And yeah, she hates getting wet, even though she utilizes ice, so getting dropped randomly in the ocean made her grouchy.  xD;)

It was spring! Naomi's favorite season of the year; the blossoming flowers, the warm air, and the newborn animals meeting the world.

Ramiro insisted that she had gone down and visited the beach on such a nice, sunny day. Of course, Ramiro would visit the beach in any weather, so it wasn't really a surprise. But Naomi had no other plans for the day, and agreed to go and take a walk. The soft sand on the coast of the Nodia Sea seemed to swallow her bare feet, and the gentle breeze ran through her hair. As she got closer to the water's edge, she saw another figure in the water, and ran up to her. "Hey, are you okay?" The woman looked confused, and a little bit angered. Perhaps she could do her best to cheer her up and help her out.

[Elektra]

"Do I honestly look okay?" she muttered under her breath as a woman approached her.  She looked up, surprised to see such a beautiful woman casually standing there with a smile on her face.  "Well, I'm soaked, and my clothes are to, but other than that, I'm great." she said, trying to keep an even tone.  It was unfortunate that this woman had stumbled upon her when she did, since she certainly wasn't in a good mood after these events.
She got up, and took off her shirt, wringing it out quickly.  The camisole she had on under it wasn't going going to dry out to quickly either, but the part of the beach where she had landed was quite crowded, so trying to completely dry herself off was out of the question for the time being.
She slipped the short, loose kimono shirt back on, and wondered if this woman could be of any help to her.  After all, she did have to find some eggs, and it would be much easier to do with a partner.  "Hey, so, I somehow got myself mixed up in this event, and I'm not really sure what to do.  It's something about collecting eggs all around this part of the continent...  Do you want to help?" she said nonchalantly.

[Eunwon]

Naomi couldn't really blame the woman for being in a sour mood, after all, not many people would be too happy after getting completely soaked against their will. "Well, with the warm air and gentle breeze, your clothes shouldn't take to long to dry." She spoke with a small smile, and waited patiently as the woman squeezed out the water of her top. Naomi was about to introduce herself before the woman began to speak. An egg hunt? How interesting. Of course, Naomi knew all about celebrating Easter and the famous 'Easter Bunny' but she had never heard of a.. real egg hunt.. especially an egg hunt for adults. But how could she say no? The hunt itself would liven up her laid-back day, and Naomi could never pass down making a new friend. "Of course I'd love to!" She said eagerly, "My name is Naomi by the way, what's yours?"

Tsukiko definitely had to wonder if this woman was all there when she didn't even flinch at her sour tone and grouchy replies, but at the same time, that was to be respected.  There was something...  Something interesting about this stranger, but she had agreed to help, so there was really no going back.  "I'm Tsukiko.  Tsukiko Shihoin." she said, barely managing to stop herself from adding on the 'Captain of Squad 7' part.  She was still, even after all of the shit she'd had to go through, getting used to the human world.  "So, I'm guessing that the people who are hosting this weird hunt thing didn't scatter the eggs around a place that children would be picking them up and stealing them.  Do you want to head farther down to the marshy parts?"

[Eunwon]

Tsukiko... What an interesting name. "Its nice to meet you, Tsukiko," Naomi said. It looked like Tsukiko was about to say more about herself, but instead she suggested they should begin looking in the marshy area. Naomi shot her a friendly glance before responding, "That sounds reasonable to me. I can imagine many children would pick them up, hoping to find candy inside." Naomi giggled softly before continuing, "Anyways, out of curiosity, how did you end up in the sea anyways? She began to walk in the direction of the marsh, her eyes open and searching for eggs along the way.

[Elektra]

Tsukiko managed to trun her frown into a more neutral expression, which was all she could manage for the time being.  She headed toward the shore, and made her way down the shoreline.  It took her about five to ten minutes just to reach where she wanted, but it was worth the wait.  There were short and tall palmtrees lining the beach, and sea weed growing out of different patches near and in the water.  It was a nice sight, to be honest.  Her eyes landed on several eggs that were out in the open, but she was sure that there were plenty of others all around, just hidden much better than these few.  She realized then that she still hadn't answered Naomi's question, and turned around.  "Well, I got mixed up in some event, like I said before, and there was this energy field thing, it looked a lot like a Senkai-  It was a portal I guess," she said, catching herself once again, "I stepped through, and fell into this sea..."

[Eunwon]

The two of them continued forward in silence for the next ten minutes or so, and Naomi kept her eyes on the lookout for eggs. As they neared the marshy area, Naomi saw that Tsukiko was right, eggs had been hidden here and were sitting right in front of them. Surely there were others hidden somewhere more difficult - perhaps in some of the leaves of the many palm trees, or buried underneath the sand. Nonetheless the area they had come across was pretty and peaceful, and Naomi would have to remember where it was so she could come back for a visit or two. Seconds later, Tsukiko turned around towards Naomi and answered the question Naomi had asked before they came here. As Naomi listened to her rather odd story, she caught Tsukiko say the word 'Senkai' but had no clue to what it could mean. With her eyebrows raised, she repeated the word in a questioning tone, "Senkai?"

Naomi wasn't sure if Tsukiko had even wanted to say that word, so she continued on with conversation. Tsukiko could answer if she wanted, but Naomi didn't want her to feel pressured into telling her things - especially after her frown had upgraded to the average expression. "It seems your day has been an interesting one so far. And look, you were right! There's got to be tons of eggs here, if we can already see five in plain sight! So what do you say we get on with the egg hunting, before someone else comes and tries to collect our eggs?"

[Elektra]

Tsukiko mentally scolded herself, she had no idea why she was slipping up like this.  However, she was getting an odd feeling from this woman, and decided that she might actually be willing to explain herself, or a little bit about what she had already begun to say, if Naomi could prove she wasn't like those other humans.

She started over toward the eggs, picking two up and moving them toward a small clearing amongst the various palm trees.  "I wonder if I can use Miyuki here.  It'd be helpful if I could, but Naomi is still around..." she mused, standing a little ways away from the other woman.  Changing into her soul reaper was risky, but it would definitely provide both aid and possible entertainment...

[Eunwon]

As Tsukiko walked away, Naomi headed in the direction to a patch of dried seaweed. Shifting through it, she found three brightly colored eggs, and smiled to herself with satisfaction. She lifted them up gently and held them tightly to her arms. She glanced in Tsukiko's direction to see how she was doing, and the woman looked rather conflicted. Hopefully with time and Naomi's cheerfulness, Tsukiko would open up a litle more. Naomi raised her arm and gave a friendly wave, "Finding lots of eggs? We should make a pile somewhere until we're done hunting here." Looking around, she found a small hole in the sand, probably the old nest of an animal. Pointing to it, she called to Tsukiko again, "How about there?"

[Elektra]

"Hm?"  Tsukiko looked over, and noticed the hole that Naomi had found.  She walked over, and set down the eggs she had managed to find so far.  There were only a couple left that were in plain sight, which meant they needed to actually start working in order to find them...  The first thing that came to mind were the palm trees.  They weren't to high up, and there were bound to be some eggs hidden there.  She approached the nearest one, and grabbed hold, slowly finding her footing.  The sandals she had on weren't providing much comfort, but she spotted a couple of eggs, and managed to knock them down, and catch them as she jumped down.
"Here we go." she said, laying them in the burrow.  "So, Naomi..." she said, scanning for more eggs.  "Do you believe in ghosts?"

[Eunwon]

Watching carefully as Tsukiko managed to collect a few eggs from a nearby palm tree, Naomi attempted the same routine on a small palm tree near her and took hold of it. With a deep breath she hoisted herself up and shuffled through the leaves. Unfortunately, only one light pink egg was in sight. Shifting the weight of her body to one hand, she used the other to gently knock it down. Gracefully, Naomi let go of the tree and fell to the sand, landing on her feet. She picked up the egg and plopped it into their 'egg hole'. "Just one up in that tree!" She said, with a tinge of disappointment in her voice.
Tsukiko's strange question caught Naomi off guard. It wasn't the typical question to ask when first meeting someone, but nothing about this situation was typical, anyways. "I've never given much thought to Ghosts. But anythings possible so I suppose they could be.. I've just never really seen one myself." She turned to Tsukiko before asking, "Why?"

[Elektra]

"What would you do if you actually saw one?" she asked, ignoring Naomi's question for the moment.  This girl was an odd one, acting so cheerful and almost naive at times.  And she wondered if the girl could keep a secret.  Sure, she hadn't made it a habit to go around revealing her true nature and powers to everyone she met, but she did in some cases, ever since the Soul Soceity cleared that incident between Ulquiorra and she.  After that, Tsukiko began to try and understand humans more, and to try to trust them ever so slightly.  Perhaps this girl would prove to be trustworthy, and she could reveal a little bit more about herself.  That all depended, though, on how she would answer and then act later on.  And in most cases, it didn't turn out very well...

[Eunwon]

These odd questions unsettled Naomi a bit, but she did her best to brush it off. "Umm.. I guess there's no telling to what I'd really do. I mean, I'd probably want to talk to it. Unless it was scary looking or something. Than I'd probably run and hide," Naomi let out a small giggle. Even she had to admit she sounded a bit childish - and that was saying something coming from herself. Still, what was with Tsukiko and ghosts? Perhaps she thought she saw one and wondered if it was real. But... Don't ghosts come around during Halloween? It's Easter!

[Elektra]

Tsukiko laughed a little, realizing just how ridiculous this was.  A Soul Reaper participating in Easter festivities...  Next thing you knew, Santa Claus was going to be helping old Jack out during Halloween!  Shaking her head, she looked back at Naomi.  The girl was a little put off, but not as much as most people would've been at such odd questions.
Putting her thumbs in her belt loops, she decided that it was now or never.  Taking a deep breath, she pulled out of her gigai, and watched as it slumped to the ground, lifeless.  She was back to her original soul form, with Miyuki at her side.  Now it was up to Naomi to figure out what she would and wouldn't believe.  It could simply be called a coincidence, that Tsukiko had simply fainted, or Naomi could put two and two together.  If it was the first, however, Tsukiko would simply slip back into her faux body, and forget about her attempts to try and show Naomi what she really was.  She was still getting an odd feeling from the girl, and wondered if she would be able to see her as she was.  Most humans weren't able to, but those with high spiritual pressures, or other foreign powers could occasionally see reapers and hollows.


(Sorry, I know that's really badly written.  You can have Naomi see her as she is in her Soul Reaper form, but most humans can't see Soul Reapers or regular souls, so it's up to you.  ^^  And Miyuki is her sword, which I can explain through Tsuki later.)
